Instructions
Making the Citrus Syrup: Combine all the components inside a pan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, agitating to dissolve. Next, take off the burner and let it to cool entirely. Transfer to a sealable bottle, seal keeping it chilled, where it will keep for up to a month.
For the Batch Mix: Pour all the spirits and syrup into one big jug, allow it to infuse for one hour, then strain preferably using a fine cloth, to ensure it's perfectly clear.
For serving: Add 85ml from the cocktail base into your stirring glass packed with ice, and agitate lightly for about 60 seconds until cold. Pour to a cold coupe glass or similar, top with the cranberries and complete it by giving it a light spray of mandarin oil over the top.
